The East Fremantle Women’s Football Club Head Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of the Club’s football and coaching strategy.  The Head Coach will be responsible for overall coaching of the League team, managing coaching staff, and implementing a game plan effectively.  The objective is to create a high performance environment and develop a culture of success with shared values. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop players in line with individual development plans and game plan 
  • Coach East Fremantle Women’s Football Club League team 
  • Design and implement football program, both pre-season and in-season that align to the Club’s Football Operational Plan 
  • Plan and conduct coaching sessions that will develop skills and game knowledge of players 
  • Develop skill development strategies and tactics for a variety of situations and opponents 
  • Work collaboratively with Football Manager to create a high performance culture 
  • Positive working relationship with all players and coaching staff 
  • Provide strong leadership to the playing and coaching groups that encourages a supportive team environment consistent with the Club’s values 
  • Provide feedback to playing group and staff in an open and professional manner
